Description

At BinckBank we are looking for a Process Manager who knows how to maximize the value of efficient processes and working procedures. After a thorough investigation on current processes and ways of working you will identify slack and waste, and work together with the teams to optimize their output and add value and increase their results. You will re-design existing procedures and policies to meet the continuous increasing demand for better results, the right balance between risk and control and increasing quality for BinckBank N.V. (including foreign countries). Do you have the skills to increase everybody's potential, and embed a new way of working?

Role

The Process Manager is the person responsible for identifying and improve internal processes, policies and procedures to increase the output of internal departments and teams. He/She works closely with the Managers and Team leads within the fields of scope. This includes the following responsibilities:

  •  Investigate (by deep diving into current processes, policies and procedures) the current ways of working and provide possible improvements to increase results;
  • Lead (team) sessions to understand the current ways of working, and embed approved changes;
  • Work closely with Managers and Team leads to understand their challenges, and boost changes within the fields of scope;
  • Provide, per field of scope, possible improvements, and report these within the "portfolio of chances";
  • Create a project structure (dashboard/planning) so the ICT Management team can follow progression and support the addressed improvements;
  • Re-design processes, procedures and policies accordingly, to match internal and external audit requirements;
  • Support the teams to embed the new ways of working

 Required Skills and experience

To be effective in this role you need the following skills and experience:

  •  Extensive experience (5+ years) with change projects
  • Experience with leading projects and embed changes
  • You have a highly structured and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Good people skills, you can work professionally with colleagues in various levels
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (speech and written)
